Coke Zero Moment Zero: Blades

Every Canadian hockey fan grows up reenacting their NHL hero’s greatest triumphs. So imagine how excited an amateur hockey player was when we told him an NHL superstar would reenact their greatest sports triumph. Through social listening Coca-Cola Zero took a real sports story being shared online and immortalized it by reenacting the story as a short film. The story didn’t just dramatise the moment of glory, but also the crucial moment that made it possible—the “Moment Zero”.

This film features NHL superstar Steven Stamkos playing the role of the amateur athlete. It also includes a cameo appearance from celebrity sports broadcaster James Duthie. The film lives on a branded YouTube page.
